Do I Have to Buy a New System From Your Company For the $15.00 Monthly Rate?
No. We can monitor your home with your existing equipment. In one easy appointment we re-program your system with our monitoring station information. Then we conduct a full system test, run diagnostics on commutations and peripheral devices, and your all set.
Will My Dogs Set off My Motion Detectors and Cause a False Alarm?
No. This is a common myth because old technology, and was true twenty to thirty years ago. We have an array of high quality motion sensors that fit various lifestyles, including immunity to small pets, to large pets. So your pet can roam free around your home, WITHOUT setting off a false alarm. Motion detectors are an essential part of a security system and we highly encourage at least one per system.
I am Changing My Home Phone/Internet Provider. Will This Affect My Security System?
Yes! If you plan on cancelling or changing to a new home phone/internet/cable provider, please contact us before hand to avoid any interruption in your monitoring service. A phone line can be accidentally cut, or disconnected from your security system during the 'provider' switch. This process may prevent your security system from sending out emergency signals to the monitoring station. Contact us and we can go over your options to make sure you stay monitored.
